Our studio is centred upon Bikram Method Hatha Yoga, a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. It is specifically designed to work the entire body, using heat to stretch deeper, prevent injury and flush unwanted toxins. This yoga series stimulates the organs, glands and nerves and systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body restoring health to all systems. It is an extremely well balanced practice, and in each 90-minute class the practitioner gains physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health benefits. We also offer relaxing Yin classes, energizing Vinyasa Flow and Inferno Hot HIIT. Find physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga. Foundations Workshops with Martin

The Foundations workshop is divided into two separate workshops — one focusing on the Standing Series and one on the Floor Series in the Bikram Yoga. You can attend one, or join both for a deeper and more complete understanding of the practice.

✨ Standing Series Workshop
An opportunity to slow down and explore the standing series with more clarity and stability.

We’ll move through the postures one by one, looking at how breath, alignment, and balance work together. Rather than aiming for depth or intensity, the focus is on understanding what each posture is asking for, how effort can be shared more efficiently, and how the practice can feel more sustainable.

Along the way, we’ll notice how the abdomen and diaphragm support the work naturally when breathing and alignment are clear — without forcing or bracing.

The pace is calm and practical, with simple drills, repetition, and moments of pause inside the postures to help things make sense in the body.

Open to regular practitioners and teachers who want a clearer, more grounded relationship with the standing series.

✨ Floor Series Workshop
An opportunity to slow down and better understand the floor series.

We’ll explore the postures one by one, focusing on how breath, spinal shape, and contact with the floor support the work. Instead of pushing for flexibility or depth, the emphasis is on clarity: where support is shared, where effort is useful, and how unnecessary tension can soften.

We’ll also observe how the abdomen and diaphragm engage naturally when breathing and positioning are clear, without holding or forcing.

The pace is calm and practical, with simple drills, repetition, and moments of pause to help the body integrate the work.

Open to regular practitioners and teachers who want a clearer, more grounded relationship with the floor series.

We also offer relaxing Yin, energizing Vinyasa Flow, a mixture of the two styles in Yin/Yang, Kundalini , Hatha , Jivamukti and HIIT Inferno Hot Pilates.
