October with its beautiful colors to ease a little the hard decision it was to close MiniYogi’s website. The cost was way too high given what I earn with my yoga classes and doula assignements nowadays. But I will still be working as a yoga teacher and a birth & postpartum doula on the side of my nursing job and pediatric nurse studies 🍃 🍁 🍂

För 10 år sedan startade jag leda sagoyoga på bibliotek, kulturhus m.m. 🥰

Under hösten är du och ditt/dina barn (ca 3-6år)välkomna till Hjällbo bibliotek för att lyssna på en saga och sedan uppleva den med kroppen (3/10, 7/11, 5/12).

SAGOYOGA för 3-6 åringar (och deras vuxna) den 12:e april kl 10:00 på Hammarkullen bibliotek. Blandning av sagostund & barnyoga. Alla deltar utifrån egen förmåga och dagsform.

Det var väldigt länge sen, så jag blev så glad när jag fick förfrågan (bilden är också lite gammal 🤪) Hoppas att vi ses där & då!🌻

A VERY busy month has gone by:

- first of all at 🏠 : our teenagers’ birthdays🥰

- at the 🏥: MANY newborn families met at the maternity ward/ BB and every shift I wish there were more ressources to spend more time with every one of them 😱😢… Unfortunately I experience too often the lack of knowledge about the postpartum, breastfeeding and the needs of the newborn.
🧘 I’ve taught less prenatal yogaclasses then usual but I enjoy meeting moms-to-be on the mat every single time (and sometimes we meet again at BB and it feels SO special 💕)

- at 🏫: a VERY interesting (but quite overwhelming 🤪) internship at NICU/ neo IVA.

A very good first day of a 5 week internship at a Children’s Healthcare Center (BVC) where I had the chance to meet (among other families) a mom who had come to my prenatal yoga classes and her baby 💛
