Communications of CARL AB was founded in Sweden 2015 with one goal and mission - Create simple yet useful solutions in the interest of public safety. Today we offer a service called CARL SML™ (Simple Mobile Locator) that can locate any smartphone with GPS without any pre-installed software though our cloud platform CARL (SaaS). We also offer CARL IM™ which is a in mobile communication layer to SML

that will offer real-time video/chat and images to improve the information gathering in an emergency.
