Hi! My name is Magda (Magdalini) Niarchou, and I am a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor from Greece with a deep appreciation for mindful movement and body awareness. I graduated in Physiotherapy in 2011, and early in my studies I became fascinated by how movement, posture, and breath can positively influence both physical wellbeing and overall quality of life.
My journey with Pilates began in 2015 during my training in Italy, where I discovered a method that beautifully combines strength, control, balance, and conscious movement. Pilates quickly became an essential part of my professional philosophy, allowing me to support people in moving more freely, confidently, and with greater awareness of their bodies. In 2017, I completed my Pilates Instructor certification, further deepening my understanding of intelligent and mindful exercise.
I believe the body is not only meant to be trained but also listened to and respected. With empathy, patience, and a calm presence, my goal is to help people reconnect with their bodies, move with ease, and feel stronger in their everyday lives.
It is my intention to create a safe and supportive space for mindful movement and connection.
