There is no such thing as unconditioned friendship between women 💞

My best friend visited me last week, for the first time since I moved up here.

Even with 1000 kilometers away from each other we still keep our friendship as a treasure that we care very much about, both of us.

We have been closest and dearest friends for the last 20 years.

We have been through hard and challenging times together, as well some of the funniest moments.

We can laugh til we almost p*e our pants, as well as cry on each other’s shoulders.

Why this is so important, valuable and healing is because we care for each other.
We can feel it!
We don’t need explanations or excuses, we just steps into our friendship and what needs to be said or shared 🙏🏼

We’re not letting any feelings shadow our friendship.

We are authentic in our conversations.

We share our successes with each other as easily as our struggles.

We don’t judge, nor negotiate the others emotions. Nor are we hiding, but are our full expressions.

And celebrating each other big!

Female friendship is a beautiful piece of art 💗 that will say HURRAY on every win and give you a napkin to dry your tears with.

How can you move from self-doubt to self-trust?

Self-doubt rarely appears overnight.

It slowly grows within you through experiences, expectations and inner pressure.

But self-trust can be rebuilt 🧨

Through awareness.
Through healing.
Through learning to listen to your inner voice again, the voice that is wispering deep inside of you 🤍

When self-trust returns, your life will start to feel lighter, brighter and more fulfilled 💗

I’m changing!

My brand is taking a new shape.
With it comes a new business name.

This has been a process to step into.
My name will also be my business name.

Because we are not separated.
I live my business, as well as I live my life.
The two are my brand.
They are connected.
We are one!

One of the big differences from having a professions, to have [and be] my brand.

I am here to shine, inspire and support other women to do the same.

So I had to give myself time to step into my new brand, the expanded version of myself and to grow into the power of me.

When it became clear, I felt aligned - ready to let it all shine and glow, with no excuses, nor apologies.

How you begin your morning is the key to how your whole day will turn out!

With a good morning routines you'll give yourself the best prerequisite for being present and filled with great energy throughout the day.

For almost three years I was not able to re-build my body strong after a year of exhaustion, more or less staying in bed for a year.

Before my exhaustion, I had never thought about what it should feel like not being strong, or not giving myself the practice I needed every day. Because I had been practicing a lot since a very young age - dancing, spinning, aerobics, gym and for the last 20+ years yoga.

Coming back from [after exhaustion and menopause issues] has been the hardest challenge I’ve personally met in my life. First, the year staying in bed. After that, just rolling out my yoga mat to do a pose or two, needed encouragement. TG for Yin yoga that I successively could increase in time and “intensity” without the expense of my energy.

2023, moving up to the North of Sweden to live close to nature and have a slower pace in life, was part of the solution for healing the deeper emotional layers that were hurt, and also heal my nervous system.

From that point on I could take a little longer walks, ride with my bicycle and even start to do some strengthening exercises.

But gosh it was hard! Even though I didn't do more than a tenth of the strengthening practice that I had done before my exhaustion, I sometimes drained myself completely with only one strengthening exercise, and had to rest for a whole day after.

So I really investigated what worked and what didn’t. And the last year - wow - I can really feel how my energy is fully back and my body is strong again!

This is how I came up with creating LUSH - the way to energy and balance!
