Learning how to let the system actually Heal and settle.

My work is rooted in what I had to learn the hard way — after years of burnout, nervous system overload, and losing access to my own clarity and cognitive strength.
Over time, I began working with the brain and nervous system in a very different way — combining my background as a research scientist with deep inner healing work and meditation-based brain and nervous system regulation practices.
This became what I now call the Brain Healing Technique.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about allowing the system to come out of survival mode — and back into clarity, stability, and inner strength.
