The best of the African ancestral way of eating ☀🫒
A recent study (Carrera Pedro et al., 2025) found that individuals who follow a Palaeolithic diet have a lower incidence of heart and metabolic diseases compared to those who consume a modern Western diet.
The Palaeolithic diet included foods such as meat, fish, shellfish, insects, eggs, fruits, honey, vegetables, nuts, wild seeds, and tubers — very similar to what people traditionally ate in Africa. 💝
This shows that the African ancestral way of eating 💝is healthier and more natural for the body than today’s modern Western diet.
