3. TRAINEE HIGHER ADMINISTRATOR at Glad Intelligence.
Job Summary:
1. Securing new clients or business deals.
2. Serving our key clients and other businesses under the group.
3. Learning how to manage all our divisions: namely, business management, investments, personal coaching and wealth management.
4. Being an assistant to the Board of Directors.
Training Period:
The training period will last for 4 months after which a long-term contract may be offered. The place of work will be Main Mall, Gaborone and you may also be required to work on some weekends.
Compensation: P4,000 basic pay per month + bonus for special tasks executed + commission for contract clients secured.
Skills & Competencies:
* Sales & Marketing (Highly required).
* Ability to supervise a team (Highly required).
* Business Management (Required).
* Any qualification or solid demonstration of required skills will be accepted.
* If the selected trainee holds BICA registration or a legal qualification the training period may be reduced to 3 months.
* If the selected candidate integrates well with the team and secure new client contracts early, the training period may be reduced to 1-2 months.

4. NURSING SISTER (PSYCHIATRY)

Duties: Successful candidate will be expected to: (i) consult and provide general outpatient care to clients; (ii) make assessments and provide specialized psychiatric care for patients; (iii) participate in the development and implementation of nursing care programs; (iv) participate in development of departmental policies and procedures aligned to the national and University of Botswana mental health policies; (v) Assist Nursing Manager in developing nursing programs in the clinic and supervises their implementation (vi) develop educational materials for the UB community on mental health, associated drug interactions, side effects, etc. (vii) Provide counselling to patients. (viii) Supervise subordinates and monitors their progress through the performance management system (ix) prepare reports on services provided (x) and attend to any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements: Candidates should have: (i) Minimum of Nursing degree, e.g Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent (ii) Diploma in Psychiatry Nursing (iii) Relevant Master’s Degree will be an added advantage. (iii) At least five years’ experience working in a district facility of hospital providing nursing care; (iv) Work in a tertiary institution will be an added advantage
Qualities: Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication. Ability to work effectively with students, staff and family members, Ability to work independently to manage multiple priorities, Computer literacy. Counselling abilities. High degree of commitment to work adhering to nursing standards and ethics.
