A warm welcome to our next facilitator: Julia Oliveira Ivarsson! 💫

Yoga found Julia at a time when her body was broken and her mind was lost in depression. After a serious car accident in her early twenties, where she fractured both her neck and spine, yoga became part of her healing both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It became a tool that guided her back home to her true self. Her challenges taught her how to listen, truly listen, to what is alive beneath the surface. 🧘‍♀️🌙

With love, Julia guides you through gentle, intentional, and intuitive movement, embodied awareness, and a grounded approach that honors the body’s natural intelligence. She invites you home to your body, to your breath, home to you. Grounded.
Her yoga is free from performance and pressure. No masks.
You are invited to come exactly as you are.

A warm (literally!) welcome to our next facilitator: Bahir! 🔥🧡
Bahir is a yoga instructor, aufguss guide, and meditation practitioner with a deep passion for the body’s ability to restore itself and find balance. With a foundation in yoga and kundalini, he has developed his own unique style where somatic practices, sauna, cold bathing, breathwork, and essential oils are woven together to create deep relaxation and presence. 🧘💦
Zenguss is a modern, holistic interpretation of the traditional aufguss ritual, inspired by yoga and integrative healing practices. Heat, aromatherapy, breath, and gentle somatic movements are combined to create a deeply immersive wellness experience. 🌿
The sessions work with the body’s nervous system, especially the vagus nerve, to support recovery, balance, and presence. In the meeting between the heat of the sauna and the clarity of water, an experience emerges that often lingers long after the session has ended. 🔥💦
We are looking forward to be guided into this beautiful healing experience by Bahir Mohammad Hussein! 🧡

Swami Mahesh is a globally respected teacher of Kiatsu Ho (Qi Healing), Aikido (4th-degree black belt), yoga, and meditation. With over 20 years of experience sharing his teachings across Asia, Europe, and Africa, Mahesh brings a wealth of wisdom from ancient traditions, skillfully adapted to modern life. 🥷
We are always excited to have an elder present, who has dedicated the major part of life to studying and teaching martial-arts aswell as yogic wisdom. This is a very special opportunity to learn and recieve energy and teachings from a trusted and respected lineage and teacher.☯️

This autumn equinox, from the 19th to the 21st of September, we are gathering for a special retreat at Skutesjön Healing Center.

It is a great joy to share that our dear teacher and friend Ana Maria Sierra Paz will be joining us to guide this journey.

The 21st of September is recognized as the International Day of Peace, and in these strong times we feel the call more strongly than ever to offer this retreat as a Prayer for Peace: for ourselves, for our communities and for the Earth.
