Shaun hjälper dig att se över ditt levnadssätt och dina vanor för att förstå grunden till varför du eventuellt har en skada eller ett problemområde i kroppen. Tillsammans går ni igenom hur du går, hur du står och pratar om varför just ditt problem har uppkommit och hur du skall göra för att bryta den trenden för att uppnå perfekt hälsa. Shaun har ägnat större delen av sitt yrkesliv åt funktionell träning med sin kroppsvikt som träningsredskap i allt från kampsporter till combatfitness i den brittiska armén. Shaun är ambassadör för Vibram fem fingrar och representant för Battlebag i Sverige. Han har omfattande kunskaper om rörelsemönster och kroppshållningar, vilka är några av de verktyg som han har förvärvat under årens lopp. Shauns träningsmetoder och tillvägagångssätt har testats av och har gett resultat för hundratals människor i olika åldrar med olika bakgrunder. WHY CAN'T I CREATE A WORKOUT HABIT?
We all go through yo-yo times and periods of our life may be the workload is too high, or things are not feeling great at home maybe you just feel OFF but don't know why. Regardless of what profession you work with the above hits home and is very true one way or another.
I'm sure you have tried many different group training sessions maybe even a personal trainer or coach and for some time they WORK it feels great then all of a sudden you miss that Thursday spinning class or Saturday pilates. Then 3 months have passed its summer and your swim shorts feel tight or the summer dress doesn't fit. WHAT HAPPENED? WHEN, HOW
But wait a minute, many people who work full time have kids yet still stay in great shape. WHAT AM I MISSING? it could be one thing or multiple things. One example could be you are doing all the right routines but have the wrong perspective of them.

So proud of this client we have smashed the first goal now time for goal number two 🙋Nobody said body building can’t be functional 👌 this functional variation takes a classic tricep isolation exercise and turns it into a core,back, posture and tricep exercise great for fat burning , balance, joint stability and just general overall health ☝️✌️💪🤩

There are so many ways to make outdoor training fun and give results 😎 here you see the client using a log for step on lunges making a normal body weight exercise really hard yet really fun 🙏

Are you rushing your exercises?
Are you simply adding more stress to your body? I am not saying fast workout is bad but let’s be honest most people are already under to much stress from work, home , bills to pay etc you will get much better results doing movement with passion rather that workouts for pain 🙌 stay awesome and enjoy the progress ✌️

When done correctly push ups give incredible results the TWO most common things I see not been done correctly is 1. Breathing 2. Full range of movement the video shows 3 clients performing very close to perfect push ups 🤩 need help with push ups or any aspect of your health DM and let’s get you those results and or pain free you want 🙌

Sadly convention crunches and sit ups do to much for core training and conditioning 🙁 this exercise is called upper body Russian twist on a Pilates ball 🤩 it’s great as it requires both core strength and stability 💪💪💪 give it a try let me know how you get on peace ✌️

I have wanted to post this for a while now but honestly I simply haven’t found words which are good enough. I cannot express how proud I am of this youth bunch I am super pumped they are shaping and bonding am so great full I get to be a part of it 🤩🤩🤩
