𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼!
We’ve been a bit quiet on our end, and that’s because we’ve been busy preparing for next year’s event! ✨We recently introduced the new organizing team, and now we’d like to share a bit more about our mission and vision for the upcoming Nordic AcroYoga Festival. You’ll also get to see our faces 👩‍🦰👩‍🦱👱‍♀️so you know who’s behind the scenes, bringing this festival to life!

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Nordic AcroYoga Festival is a celebration of movement and community, set against the stunning backdrop of Nordic nature. 🌲❄️ Our aim is to bring together people from all across the Nordic countries and beyond, creating a welcoming and inclusive space to explore acrobatics and other movement practices. With the guidance of experienced teachers, we want to cultivate a playful and supportive environment that emphasizes communication, connection, and the pure joy of movement.🤸‍♂️💚

Hey everyone, we've got two 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 to share with you!

Firstly, after many years of dedicated service to the festival and the community, Boris and Nina are passing the torch as facilitators. They will now be joining us as participants with their lovely family. And don't worry, Boris will still be rocking the Kirtan nights! We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for entrusting us with their legacy. We are excited, eager and are committed to carry it forward while adding our own flair.

The 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 consists of Katharina, Eva, Julia, and Iris. You of course all know Katharina, who has been involved in organising the Nordic Acroyoga Festival for many years. You likely also know Julia and Eva, who have been part of the festival as teachers for the last few years and have gradually become part of the organizing team. Lastly, there's Iris, who some of you may remember from the 2019 festival. However, she's best known as one of the facilitators of the Danish Acroyoga Festival.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘯𝘦𝘸𝘴; 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘳𝘶𝘮 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘭, 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦...
𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 the Danish and Nordic Acroyoga Festivals into one spectacular event starting in 2025! Bringing together two incredible festivals and communities, aiming to create one unified Nordic festival that celebrates the diverse people and communities across the northern region. The Mundekulla Retreat Center will host this wonderful event. And don’t worry, we're preserving the best of the Nordic Festival while blending the finest aspects of both events!

Now, we have some bittersweet news: 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰. But fear not! We're using this time to prepare for an unforgettable 2025 launch. Stay tuned for the dates, which will be announced soon! In the meantime, we invite you to join the Danish Acroyoga Festival, which will take place this summer for the last time before the merger.

So, dear Nordic Acroyoga community, we sincerely hope that you will join us on this exciting journey, and join in the festivities of the new Nordic Acroyoga Festival in 2025!

Meet the teachers:
Tatjana

You don’t know her yet? You should. Tatjana has been teaching yoga, movements and dance for many years. She is a certified AcroYoga teacher. She lived 4 years in Brussels and was one of the core teachers in the growing Belgium Community. Here she was the co-founder of the Acroyoga Summer festival Belgium. She is a part of the teacher team for the Family AcroYoga Teacher Training () in Europe. She now lives in Copenhagen. She teaches international workshops and she has regulars’ family acroyoga classes in Copenhagen. Tatjana has been teaching acroyoga in a leisure center for kids and youth and here she did a research project about how to use acroyoga as a pedagogical tool in youth work. She is also the co-founder of , a movement that focus on how to use Acroyoga in youth work.

Hey, we would love to have you as a volunteer. Volunteers only pay food and accommodation and a part for the Training spaces, but not the festival ticket itself. Same goes for the Retreat after the festival. Below you find the signup form. So far the signups are a bit low. So please to some advertising in your surrounding.
It includes helping with the setup and also a few hours after the festival ended. And while the festival around two hours a day. Taking care of the rooms or cutting veggies depending, but you won’t miss any sessions.

Only pay one. Put in family as discount.
(This is only for the festival ticket not the food and accommodation)

But we do not have childcare. Meening one of you will take care and you split the time. There will be some Family Acroyoga.
