This course offers a focused introduction to meditation and yogic breathing techniques (pranayama), rooted in the classical teachings of yoga. It is especially supportive for those dealing with stress, anxiety, and mental restlessness, and is open to all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
We will have a special focus on calming the nervous system, balancing energy, and cultivating present-moment awareness.
During the course, you will be gently guided through:
A variety of yogic breathing techniques, from basic to more advanced pranayama and cleansing exercises
Meditation techniques, including breath awareness, guided concentration, and mantra meditation
The benefits, contraindications, and proper technique for each practice
Deep relaxation and reflection to integrate the experience
By the end of the course, you will have the tools to begin or deepen your own personal breathing and meditation practice, helping you manage anxiety, improve focus, and experience a greater sense of calm, balance, and well-being.
