Linköping University is hosting the Life Science Meeting yet again this year! 🧬 It is a one-day event with a focus to bring together students, graduates and team members with partners from the life science industry, academia, the health care system and invited lecturers.🔬

🌍 Sustainergies is a non-profit organisation with over 16 years of experience in equipping and recruiting sustainability talent.
🌍 They are looking for students to join the Sustainergies Academy which is a case-based sustainability program for students, where participants get the chance to work on real sustainability challenges through case workshops together with actors from various sectors. The program is free of charge, includes 4–7 sessions, is open to students from all fields of study (professional-level Swedish is required).

For World Mental Health Day, the BioMed section is teaming up with other sections from the Medical Faculty to organize an event! 🥳 To join, you write a compliment and receive one from others as well 🎁 (with a candy!). 🍬 It will take place at Campus US, outside of Papaver, this Friday (10th of October) during the lunch break from 12:15 to 13:00!

Kalas 2025 is on the way! 🥳

Mark your calendars, Linköping University is organizing this amazing event yet again on the 5th of September! 🎪
The event is kicking off with a fair at Campushallen on Campus Valla (free entry) from 10:00 to 15:00 where you can meet student associations, organizations and university partners to find something you could get involved in!

The celebration continues at the Bonfire Festival which is a music event hosting some of Sweden’s hottest artists and big international stars! ✨ Important: As a LiU student you can get a discount for tickets!

Last but definitely not least, there is a party at Kårhuset Kollektivet taking place on the same evening and LiU is giving away 800 free tickets ‼️ which you can get during the Kalas fair.

🔊 The International Committee for Consensus is looking for peer students to welcome new exchange students for the next semester!!

In August, exchange students will begin to arrive in Linköping from many countries in Europe, but also from other parts of the world! 🌍

As a peer student you will:

✨get in contact with the future student and answer any questions they may have before their arrival
✨participate in 3-4 evenings of social activities (to get to know each other)
✨show them the Linköping student life
✨most importantly be a friend in a new place for them!

Why should you become a fadder?

✨fun and social experience, where you get to meet people from all over the world
✨join free social activities during the semester (for example bowling, escape rooms, museum visits)
