How lovely to be back in Orkney and home with family💗🙏.
This morning getting aquainted again with this dear old friend and brought some friends for company💗🌀.
These next 3 upcoming Thursdays:
Classes with Mindfull Yoga and Kundalini yoga.
Besides yoga, each class has deep relaxation with group Sound Healing.
Also individual Sound Healing is available- although fully booked at present. If you are interested, get in touch.
Thursday 4th, 11th & 18th Dec:
10.45am -12.15am Mindful yoga
5.45pm- 7.15pm Kundalini yoga

Thank you for so many getting in touch encouraging me to organise something! So I thought a slightly different set up this time, with smaller cosier classes and with all the trimmings (a bit like old times💗🥰🌀).
A new yoga studio has just opened in Kirkwall, Noust Studio🤗.
Spaces are limited.
So here is a suggestion of dates and times and if there is enough interest, we'll do it!😍
Initially thinking Mindful yoga in mornings and Kundalini yoga in evenings, but remember everyone works from where they are, so suitable for all.
