I often see patients who are eating an incredibly clean diet, doing everything “right,” and still feeling deeply unwell.
They feel confused, even frustrated, because they believe a perfect lifestyle should automatically lead to perfect health.
But what I often find is that the real triggers are not always on the plate.
They may be living in a toxic relationship, feeling unhappy or unfulfilled at work, surrounded by a draining environment, lacking sleep, disconnected from spirituality, or not moving their body in a way that supports them.
These are not small things.
They are the foundation of health.
This is what we call primary food, the nourishment that comes from your life, your relationships, your purpose, your peace, your rest, your environment, and your connection to yourself.
A clean diet is powerful, but it cannot always override a life that is leaving you depleted.
To truly heal, we have to nourish the whole person and not just the plate.
