The ultimate crunchy and golden granola. Perfect for the holidays!⁠

You’ll need⁠
🔸 1.5 dl water⁠
🔸 1 packet saffron⁠
🔸 1 dl Forever Honey⁠
🔸 0.5 dl rapeseed oil⁠
🔸 12 dl oats⁠
🔸 2 dl coconut flakes ⁠
🔸 1–2 dl chopped nuts ⁠
🔸 100 g dried cranberries⁠
⁠
How to⁠
1. Heat the oven to 150°C / 300°F.⁠
2. Mix water and saffron, then add honey and oil.⁠
3. Put oats, coconut, nuts, and cranberries in a big bowl.⁠
4. Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and stir well.⁠
5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray with parchment paper.⁠
6. Bake for 40–50 minutes, stirring a few times.⁠

You’ll need:
🍓 2 tbsp Aloe Berry Nectar
🍒 2 tsp concentrated cranberry juice
💧 Strawberry/pomegranate sparkling water

Here’s how to do it:
1. Pour the Aloe Berry Nectar into a glass.
2. Add the cranberry concentrate and stir.
3. Top up with the flavoured sparkling water.
4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary twig.
