Terapeut sökes – behandlingsrum i GoCo Health Innovation City, Mölndal

Jag söker en självständig terapeut som vill hyra mitt behandlingsrum 1 - kanske 2-dagar i veckan. Rummet är helt nytt, +- 18 m², ljust och modernt – utrustat med behandlingsbänk, skrivbord, förvaringsutrymme och handfat. Städning och parkering ingår, och det är goda bussförbindelser.

Lokalen ligger i GoCo Health Innovation City, en ny, hållbart byggd och underhållen stadsdel helt dedikerad till hälsa, innovation och samverkan. Här finns en vacker lunchyta, många trevliga restauranger, inspirerande föreläsningar och regelbundna happenings. Atmosfären är internationell och kreativ – med människor och verksamheter som brinner för framtidens vård och hälsa.

Du kommer att arbeta självständigt men får även kollegor omkring dig – vi är flera terapeuter i huset som gärna samarbetar och hänvisar patienter/klienter till varandra.

THE HEALTH STATION MÖLNDAL HAR FLYTTAT TILL NYA LOKALER
Nu har jag och mina fina kollegor Leif, Solrun, Deirdre och Helena äntligen inrett färdigt och kommit på plats i GoCo Clinic House!

Otroligt stolt är jag att vi jobbar nu i nya fantastiska lokaler, vägg i vägg med fysioterapeuter, arbetsterapeuter, ortopeder, gynekologer, röntgen, provtagningslab, smärtenhet, neurofys mm.

Under den närmaste tiden kommer vi att upparbeta samarbeten, arbetsmodeller och remissförfaranden med övriga aktörer i huset.

Always nice to report some interesting cases.

🌿 During the last 2 weeks I treated a patient for the sequelae after a stroke. Arm and leg on one side were affected (motor sensory impairment) and he needed a cane to walk. The patient was very committed to treatment and came in 3 x a week during the last 2 weeks. Improvement so far is 80%. Arm and leg respond much better to voluntarily movement and he could already walk without a cane after 4 treatments without being scared of falling.
Magical to witness such quick and profound results!
🌿 A patient with severe reumatoïde artritis got treatment during the last month for foot / ankle pain. The pain is in a much lower category so she doesn’t need her daily pain medication any more. Imagine what we can do if she continues treatment for a while longer!
🌿 a patient with lingering symptoms after Covid finished treatment this week. The last 5 months we have been working on fatigue, dizziness, concentration problems, shortness of breath, stuffed sinuses, feverishness, chest heaviness & pain, lack of circulation to the arms & legs, nausea, and skin rashes. Patient feels completely fine again and is able to pick up his life where he left it about a year ago.

To unexpectedly be asked to replace the main lecturer during the Swedish Acupuncture Association meeting is kind of nerve wrecking…
But here I am! Who would have thought. ☺️
Teaching a 2-day course to my Swedish colleagues on Distal acupuncture. Nerve wrecking but also so much fun! ❤️

Saker vi kan lära oss från traditionen av kinesisk medicin vid behandling av infektionssjukdomar som fortsätter dröja sig kvar i kroppen. Kinesisk medicin erbjuder bra alternativ för behandling om de många symtomen behandlas i en specifik ordning.

Några intressanta fall från en underbar arbetsvecka.
Nu chillar jag lite med den här kille. Trevlig helg allihopa! ❤️

🌱 Patient med en stor klump i halsen. Han kan inte äta längre, bara flytande mat. MRT visar att det är salivkörteln. Kirurgi behövs. Efter 3 behandlingar med akupunktur blev operationen inställd.
Hans läkare skrattade efter att han förklarat hur han gjorde det. För vissa människor är denna medicin - även om akupunktur har utövats i mer än 3000 år (så det måste finnas "något som fungerar", eller hur?) - bara svårt att förstå.
Inga hard feelings :) och ingen hårdhet i salivkörteln längre heller. Så alla glada.

🌿 9-årig tjej med kronisk diarré och kräkningar efter mat. Har inte gått upp i vikt sedan hon var 4 år. Efter några dagars örtmedicin är alla symtom redan borta. Hon känner sig mindre frustrerad och mindre arg också.

🌱 Kvinna med Morbus Dercum och lipodemi -ett autoimmunt tillstånd som uttrycks i smärta och svullnad över hela kroppen - mår mycket bättre efter några veckors akupunkturbehandlingar och örtmedicin. Svullnaden, smärtan och stickningarna är i princip borta. Hon börjar känna igen sin egen kropp igen, energin är uppe och hon känner sig mycket gladare.
