During the autumn, we participated in interviews and work before the December edition of FLOW, which is the Swedish Sport Psychology Association's (SIPF) member magazine. 🎉
SIPF works, among other things, to promote sports psychology education, to improve opportunities for sports psychology research, as well as to create opportunities for improved knowledge exchange between those who do research and those who apply work. 🤓
In the interview, we talked about the challenges, risks and opportunities of esports, among other things. We discussed how esports can benefit public health, inclusion, gender equality and other socially important issues. In addition, we highlighted the need for a more professional and healthy culture within esports, for it to work in a sustainable way. 🌟
It was a real pleasure, and we are very happy that SIPF is interested in highlighting how we in AEP work to connect esports and sports psychology.
