Conscious Pleasure Experiences have the amazing quality of being portals of learning, healing and growth.

One of the most beautiful realisations I have come to is that my love is my arousal.

This is where we shift from having s*x to making love.
We shift from a goal-oriented experience, or**sm, to a heart-centered experience.
We shift from a ge***al experience to a full body experience.
We shift from s*x being done to you, to me, to a flow between us.
We shift from a space where the point of release is sought to a space of being.

And it takes us deeper.

And then there's more.
Making love, in the moment, can be the dance of our hands, fingers caressing each other.
Intensity.
A moment anywhere with a conscious breath.

And then there's more.
Presence.
Making love is an expression of presence.
Presence is a quality of love.
When the fire begins in my heart it brings my body into presence.
Into being.
I am seen in making love with you.
I am felt in making love with you.
I am acknowledged in making love with you.

And I am loved in making love with you.

Manswork 💚

Mertaget av mina klienter är män.

Män som önskar möta själva på nya sätt.
Många har kommit till en tipping-point i livet där deras väg hittills inte längre fyller deras behov.
Det uttalas en längtan och upplevelse om att det ”finns mer”
Det finns ett djupt behov av att bli hörd, sedd och hållen med mjukare värden.
Många gånger nämns en brist och en tomhet, inom dem och i deras relationer.
De vill kultivera sitt inre, sin närvaro, sin stabilitet, sårbarhet, s*xualitet, en annan form av manlighet / mänsklighet m.m
Vara mer hela, utan skam och frångå normen med en gammal syn på hur det är att vara man.
Många lever med oerhörd press och hög stressnivå som påverkar alla delar av livet. Förmågan till intimitet och kroppens sätt att ”fungera” är ofta på tapeten.
Behov att få njuta livet och vara bortom prestation.
Egenvärde + Självkännedom är två andra ledord.

Ta**ra är en fantastisk väg till att börja få det här tillgodosett och integrera alla delar av sig själv. Bli mer medveten, både om de inre behoven, vad som lever i kroppen och en större medvetenhet om alltings samexistens.

Jag är otroligt tacksam för tilliten jag ges i mitt arbete i att hålla space och guida för allt detta. Hedrad i att få bevittna så många otroliga processer och genombrott.
Jag älskar mitt kall och fortsätter välkomna män till att utforska det här i ta**rasessioner hos mig eller en terapeut som känns rätt.

Jag förstår att det ligger nära tillhands att vända sig till en kvinna för att bli mött i detta.
Men att begränsa sig till att tro att det är enda eller bästa möjligheten vore synd.

Jag vill gärna inspirera till att män möter män i äkthet och deltar i MANSGRUPPS ARBETE

En fantastisk väg att spräcka illusionen om ensamhet och skapa ett starkt band av gemenskap & brödraskap på nya sätt.
Jag har många fantastiska, manliga vänner som gör detta och som talar gott om vad det tillför i deras liv.
Jag vill rekommendera dig att lyssna på ett podd-avsnitt om mansgrupp-arbete och undersöka om någon av nedanstående grupperna / workshopsarna känns inspirerande för just dig att delta i

Vinningen är först å främst för din egen skull men det kommer med stor sannolikhet också leda till bättre relationer.
Självmedvetenhet , integritet och mod att vara sårbar är attraktivt.
Kommunikationen blir sannare och djupare.
Polariseringen / attraktionen större.
Mindre rädsla och murar i vägen för intimitet. Äkthet.

Radiating rushes of joy ran through me like the tides. Sensations of pure bliss. My whole body undulating in waves.

I laughed with delight. I cried and moaned and purred in total ecstasy.

Which I felt too, in mine.

The energy of EROS 🐍🌬🔥💘

What is meant by ‘divine eros’? According to the book, “Divine eros refers to a particular quality, a particular energy, a particular way of experiencing the nature of our consciousness. At the same time, it is a way of experiencing, feeling, and knowing our consciousness that becomes significant for being open to the depth of our nature.
So if we want to be ourselves completely to know our nature at its depth and be fully in the world this requires being alive and being in touch with that energy. And that brings the erotic into love. In other words, to be able to experience divine eros, we need the purity of love, the ground of lovingness and goodness, the experience of the presence of love, plus this scintillating, erupting, explosive quality that has an energy to it.
Such energetic dynamic love can be very, very fine like very gentle bubbles or a gentle vibration or it can be explosive. This love has an erotic quality to it, and we can feel it draw us toward the divine, toward the truth, toward our inner nature. We can have the experience of desiring to pe*****te the mystery, to know the spirit. A deep understanding of reality can follow from such a realization of desire. We can see that dualism arises when we are separated from our nature, for it is then that we experience the desire to fill ourselves. We believe there is something external that we need to have, and we deeply believe that we don’t have that something. However, with the energy of desire, when we feel it as the blissful wanting of another but with a sense a sufficiency, not from lack we don’t feel the same kind of otherness we do when we have a dualistic perspective. We feel that the other is arising from same ground as we are. There is a sharing of a blissful communion, and that communion is a recognition that both of you are one reality.”

When we allow ourselves to fully experience our wanting, and we trust that the wanting itself has the intelligence to reveal the pure energy of desire that underlies it, we get a taste of what it’s like to feel love and desire as a unified force. Being in the world in a way that does not separate us from spirit, while also feeling the pleasure of our energy, our erotic nature, our aliveness and love, makes life complete. We want to experience our humanness, but we don’t want to divide ourselves to do it. We want to know more about both the spiritual and the worldly reality and how the two interrelate, because they are naturally a part of what it means to be human.

In the words of Johnson and Almaas: “Any spiritual work involves the element of love, whether explicitly or implicitly. What we want to explore is how the energy and quality of love explicitly open the door to reality and to our deeper nature. The portal is there for every human being to open; each of us can be fully real and alive in all our interactions. And the erotic, as it is felt and experienced in the body, is a part of that openness, whether it becomes s*xual or not. For many reasons, eros has become separated from the pure and the holy, and as a result, it is usually relegated to the domain of the gross and unrefined. But eros is the energy of the divine. As such, it is always divine and pure.”
