My favorite travel tips for flying with kids✨

I’ve had a lot of questions leading up to this trip on any tips for flying with babies and kids, and while I’m NO expert we’ve flown internationally (plus within Europe) for the past 5 years 🙌🏽 And I think this past 11 hour flight with my two kids was the best one yet!

Here are a few things that I’ve learned and what I won’t do again 😭

✨ For toddlers / kids - Teach them how to choose their movies on flight/ play games
✨IPad with a kids case - download all the favorite shows and kids headphones
✨Bring changes of clothes - both for you and your kids (especially if you know your kids get nauseous when travelling 😉)
✨ Wrap up “presents” to surprise / distract your kids on board. It can be toys you already have or a few small new crafts / toys. I use tissue paper for wrapping for easy prep + clean up.
✨Pack coloring books and triangle crayons if you can find them (they don’t roll away!)
✨Pack nose spray to help with little ears (or yours)
✨Snacks in different containers / we love the snack discs by
✨Pack all the chargers
✨Bring first day of clothes / PJS / tooth brushes in carry on for easy changing when you arrive
✨ suitcase for ride on through the airport + toddler bed in flight (we found ours second hand and love it)

Things I’ve done wrong:
✨Just say no to tea or coffee with meal service. It’s wishful thinking and I’ve spilled on my kids (and me) before
✨IPad on landing - can make kids 🤢. Just don’t, trust me.
✨Not bringing stroller on board - even with gate check you probably won’t have a stroller when you land (big regret from this trip!)
✨ I’m sure there’s more but can’t think of it now!

🍼 For moms with babies - I’ve found that it’s easiest to travel with a baby under one and with a toddler over two. So if you’re in the one year old age - hang in there, it gets easier! And this last flight with a 2 year & 5 year old truly felt the easiest! They could play together and my oldest could help so much too ❤️

What a way to finish the year - a dream event with in Lund! ✨🤍🤰🏽

We spoiled all the mammas with an evening focusing on self-care and community for moms-to-be 🤍 The moms were welcomed with a cheers 🥂 and a mingle, then we were given a sneak peak to new products by one of the company founders, and I led us through Breathing for Birth exercises and a calm yoga practice featuring the Najell pregnancy pillow ✨

I had SO much fun being part of this event and am already thinking of ideas for new events in 2025 for our mamma community 🤍🤍🤍

Any ideas for events you’d like to see?! 🍼👶🏽🤰🏽

Every year my Mother’s Day request is to take photos together with the kids 🤍 Nothing fancy, but setting aside the time to pause and visit the fields or gardens and capture a few nice moments together. I’m so thankful to have these! If you’re looking for a way to celebrate Mother’s Day this weekend (Sweden) - this is my favorite tip! 🙏🏽

Swipe to see a few of the photos over the years 2024 👉🏽 2020 for my first Mother’s Day!

PS I’m wearing the same dress in 2023 as I am in 2022 - just with my bump 🤰🏽 accessory!

I am truly SO excited about launching this live digital program! 🙌🏽

I’ve taken a long break from my digital classes after I burnt out from teaching so many in 2020 and I couldn’t be prouder of what I’ve put together for this program! The live aspect ✔️ the community ✔️ offering 1:1 check-ins ✔️ and compiling ALL of my pregnancy resources for this program with unlimited access. It’s so much more than you’d get in person with me and in this format you can join from ANYWHERE! I’ve had women from the US, and around Europe / UK reaching out to join - how COOL 🎉 The groups will be small - so don’t wait too long to grab a spot! Here’s the info:

✨ The summer pregnancy program is a 4 or 8 week live course with meditation, breathwork and movements to both feel your best during pregnancy and prepare for birth. If you can’t join live - they’ll be recorded too!

✨ The program includes UNLIMITED access to all of my pregnancy yoga classes, birth prep classes, guided meditations and audio relaxations for a whole year. This means that you can kickstart your self-care practices with our weekly live classes and then continue practicing daily as part of your birth prep 🙌🏽

✨ If you’re looking for a way to prepare both your MIND & BODY for birth - this program is for you. The course will address common pregnancy pains to help you feel your best right now, and you will learn movements and breathing techniques that you can take with you to labor.

This course is really special, and I’d love you to join me.
