A Yoga Journey in the Land of Yoga 🇮🇳
Goa, March 1–12

Join Christian and Mine for a 12-day yoga immersion in India, combining the focus and depth of the Hot Yoga classes you love, the experience of an Indian yoga school, and the softness and integration of a retreat. This journey is for dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. Similar to a teacher training, without training to become a teacher.

We will explore postures, breathwork, meditation, applied anatomy and alignment, individual differences, hands-on assists as well as yoga philosophy. The teachings are inspired by and focused on 26&2 (Bikram), Earth Yoga, Dharma Yoga, and Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior (Vinyasa).

We begin in South Goa at Sampoorna Yoga, practicing in a closed shala where we can create a hot yoga atmosphere, followed by a retreat phase at Ashiyana in Mandrem for rest, reflection, and integration.

Stronger, better, more disciplined, more evolved.
Yoga offers a different starting point.
In yogic philosophy, wholeness is not something we achieve through effort.
It is something we recognize through presence.

As this year turns into the next, may we remember that we do not begin from lack.
We don’t need to prepare for the next year.

Tonight is not about leaving the old year behind as something wrong.
It is about stepping forward without the belief that you are lacking.

This March, Christian and Mine are taking Hot Yoga Malmö on an 11 days journey to the warm beaches and soulful rhythm of Goa, India.

From March 1–8, we’ll root ourselves in deep daily practice at Sampoorna Yoga School in Agonda, a peaceful village by the sea. Then, from March 8–12, we’ll shift into Ashiyana Retreat Centre in Mandrem.

Plenty of time to transform, integrate, breathe, and simply be.

Dharma Yoga

– A rich and complete yoga experience!

Maha Sadhana means “the great practice”.
Starting with an introduction in yoga philosophies and Prāṇāyāma (breath work), continuing with inspiring, energizing and calming Yoga Āsanas (postures), finishing with a final guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to recharge and rejuvenate.

You will learn variations and modifications to many of the Dharma style postures while having lots of yoga fun.

Vi bor vid en stillsam strand i södra Goa, i nybyggda små strandhus med havsutsikt. Här kommer vi ner i varv, hittar tillbaka till det som känns meningsfullt, andas ut och har tid att bara vara. Workshop i ayurvediska egenvårdstekniker
Enligt Ayurveda är det de små vardagliga val vi upprepar över tid som utgör hälsans byggstenar, och livsrytmen murbruket. Dinacharya - den “dagliga rutinen”, är därför ett nav i ayurvedisk medicin.

I den här oktober-workshopen ägnar vi oss åt morgonens dinacharya, och närmare bestämt fem av dess klassiska egenvårdstekniker: ögonsköljning, nässköljning, tungskrapning, oil pulling och citronvatten.

Workshopen inkluderar även 2 st. häften: “Introduktion till ayurveda” som mejlas ut som förberedande läsning innan, samt “Sammanfattning - egenvårdstekniker” som skickas ut efter.

Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to experience the powerful Wim Hof Method breathing. Find out how you can utilize your breath to optimize body & mind.

The class kicks off with a short introduction to the Wim Hof Method and its three pillars – Breath, Cold and Commitment. The instructor briefly covers safety, and any effects you might experience during the session, before explaining the basic WHM breathing technique. You’ll then bring your consciousness to body & breath for several rounds of WHM breathing. The instructor will guide you throughout the session. The class ends with a short meditation.

WIM HOF METHOD ADVANCED WORKSHOP

With a basic level of WHM familiarity understood, the Instructor puts together a program with more advanced techniques, suitable for participants who are not apprehensive about an ice bath of up to 10 minutes. You might venture out into a natural icy stream, or engage in a breathing session comprising several consecutive rounds. The goal here as always is not reckless daring, but careful, curious exploration.
An Advanced Workshop offers the same small scale intimacy of a Fundamentals Workshop, with the same close personal attention that is vital when exploring the depths of body and mind. The instructor may also infuse the workshop with some personal flavor based on their specialisation— such as yoga, meditation, or live music. When it comes to these deeper explorations, connecting with the energy of the instructor can be helpful.
