This last weekend I held workshops at the beautiful MALMÖ TA**RA FESTIVAL in both Ta***ic Breathwork in pairs as well as a taster of Conscious Dating.
During the weekend it hit me more than ever how we often come so alive when we get together. Sharing deeply with strangers - seeing how alike we all are with our fears and longings, and how healing that is. How it creates a bond, a relaxation in being human, enough in our present version.
We can feel a bit rusty on the surface but it’s all there, so available when we allow it out - the aliveness, the capacity to love and exchange, the energy, the inner power that we all are made of.
I have some beautiful events coming up where you can open for all of the above with others ready to do the same. Accessing more togetherness, aliveness, sensuality, love and intimacy.
