Bikram Yoga 360 is a yoga studio in Malmö that teach the Bikram Yoga method of healing through physical and mental exercise. Bikram Yoga, or Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class', is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and two Breathing exercises, executed in a room heated to around 40°C. The system was developed by Bikram Choudhury and has for more than 40 years helped people all over the world to streng
then and heal both body and mind. It is a powerful and complete system that intelligently and systematically works through your your whole body. Bikram Choudhury was taught by one of the greatest physical culturist of the 20th century India, Bishnu Gosh. Bishnu established a school in Calcutta in 1930, Gosh College of Yoga and Physical Education, where he thought yoga, weight training and different muscle control techniques. He was convinced that the combination of ancient yoga techniques and modern day body building was the way to radiant health and superhuman strenght. At Bikram Yoga we want to honor this tradition that Bishnu Gosh started and we have teamed up with, and are located inside of, Crossfit 360's place at Industrigatan 14-18, Malmö. Together we hope to create an environment that promotes health and fitness, where you can practice high quality yoga and crossfit in the same place.
