Undervisningen på dette kurset fokuserer på videreutvikling av deltakernes kliniske resonnement og ferdigheter i analyse og behandling av personer med nevrologiske tilstander, relatert til kursets tema. Oppdatert teoretisk kunnskap, praktiske ferdigheter og aktuell forskning innen feltet inngår i dette.

Kurslederne Line Syre og Monica Morelli er spesialister i nevrologisk fysioterapi, og er i tillegg sertifisert som Advanced Course Instructors i IBITA (International Bobath Instructors Training Association).

Neuroplastic Center in Marstrand arranged an advanced course in the Bobath concept. An international group of physiotherapists, ranging from China to Norway, participated in the course. With the help of 5 patients, the course participants worked with clinical reflection and management. The course included both theoretical and practical elements with a strong focus on clinical reasoning, reflection and individualized treatment. A central part of the course has been to further develop clinical observation skills and to analyze movement quality based on the patient’s resources and limitations. Through daily supervision, group discussions and reflection, the course participants have deepened their understanding of the neurological basis behind the patients’ movement problems. Thank you to my colleague for your knowledge and hardwork and to and .hulten for helping me with the organization. Thanks to all the participants for spending one week with us learning more about how we can help our patient to reach their optimal function and to our course patients.

My first teaching experience in Slovenia turned out to be 5 days filled with friendly and humble participants eager to learn. Thanks to everyone involved in this course but a special thanks to for being such an excellent colleague on this Bobath advanced course. Hope to see you all again.

A rehab process after a brain injury is a long and hard journey . This demands motivation, determination but also support and help from your team (family, friends health professionals etc. )I strive to be a part of my patients team, who can give good advice and a lot of support to the whole team. So my patients can get to get closer to their movement goal.

Kursbeschreibung:
Das Modell der klinischen Praxis nach Bobath (MBCP) anzuwenden, um die klinische Präsentation, den Behandlungsplan und die Re-Evaluierung von Patienten mit einer neurologischen Diagnose zu verstehen
Umreißen, WIE wir FACILITIEREN, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Auswahl der Aufgabe, der Beeinflussung der Umgebung sowie manuellen und verbalen Hinweisen liegt
Untersuchung und Anwendung aktueller Konzepte der Haltungskontrolle, der Fortbewegung sowie des Greifens und Greifens mit dem Schwerpunkt auf gemusterter Aktivierung
Verbesserte Beobachtungs- und klinische Argumentationsfähigkeiten bei der Analyse funktioneller Aufgaben anwenden, um die optimale Behandlung und Umgebung auszuwählen, die eine positive Veränderung bewirkt.
Entwicklung fortgeschrittener Handhabungsfähigkeiten
Auswahl geeigneter Ergebnismessungen zur Unterstützung einer Evidenz basierten Praxis.

Kursgebühr: 850 €

Der Kurs wird auf Englisch abgehalten und bei Bedarf können einzelne Elemente übersetzt werden.
