Reflecting on an Incredible Week of Learning & Growth! 🌟
We are buzzing with energy after wrapping up our latest Advanced Bobath Course in Finland. ! A massive thank you to everyone who joined us and made these past five days so impactful.
To all our dedicated participants: your enthusiasm, insightful questions, and commitment to refining your skills were truly inspiring. It was a pleasure sharing this deep dive into the Bobath concept with such a passionate group of professionals!
And a special, heartfelt thank you to all the patients who generously shared their time and journeys with us. Your participation is the core of our practical learning experience, and we are incredibly grateful for your trust and contribution to the course.

I am teaching with one of my best friend and colleague in Bergen. It has been a fantastic week in Bergen meeting curious, clever and passionate colleagues from Norway 🇳🇴 in an environment that for me is bringing me so many happy memories from my learning days with my two mentors Bente and Olav Gjelsvik. I am so happy for what life has brought me 🙏🤩💕

Vi har et fåtall ledige plasser på "Bobath Advanced"-kurset i midten av oktober. Kurset går i Bergen. Påmeldingsfrist: 12. september.

Undervisningen på dette kurset fokuserer på videreutvikling av deltakernes kliniske resonnement og ferdigheter i analyse og behandling av personer med nevrologiske tilstander, relatert til kursets tema. Oppdatert teoretisk kunnskap, praktiske ferdigheter og aktuell forskning innen feltet inngår i dette.

Kurslederne Line Syre og Monica Morelli er spesialister i nevrologisk fysioterapi, og er i tillegg sertifisert som Advanced Course Instructors i IBITA (International Bobath Instructors Training Association).

Neuroplastic Center in Marstrand arranged an advanced course in the Bobath concept. An international group of physiotherapists, ranging from China to Norway, participated in the course. With the help of 5 patients, the course participants worked with clinical reflection and management. The course included both theoretical and practical elements with a strong focus on clinical reasoning, reflection and individualized treatment. A central part of the course has been to further develop clinical observation skills and to analyze movement quality based on the patient’s resources and limitations. Through daily supervision, group discussions and reflection, the course participants have deepened their understanding of the neurological basis behind the patients’ movement problems. Thank you to my colleague for your knowledge and hardwork and to and .hulten for helping me with the organization. Thanks to all the participants for spending one week with us learning more about how we can help our patient to reach their optimal function and to our course patients.

My first teaching experience in Slovenia turned out to be 5 days filled with friendly and humble participants eager to learn. Thanks to everyone involved in this course but a special thanks to for being such an excellent colleague on this Bobath advanced course. Hope to see you all again.
