Breakfast in Tornvillan

Morning arrives gently, with views across the fjord and light slowly moving through the rooms. In Tornvillan, breakfast is served as a buffet where homemade flavors meet carefully selected ingredients, created with equal care for indulgence and well-being. There is time to settle in. A cup of coffee in hand, conversations unfolding at their own pace, and a breakfast that carries a sense of something genuine and close to nature.

Breakfast is open to all, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Price 290 SEK for guests not staying at Hotel J.

On Easter Sunday, April 5, we invite you to a spring buffet created by our Head Chef Henrik Wittgren – a seasonal buffet served between 12:00 and 15:00.

The buffet is served on Terrassen, our glass-enclosed space where you sit sheltered while still close to the light, the season, and the view. Here, the spring outside meets the warmth within, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

For our younger guests, an Easter egg hunt and ice cream await, turning the day into a small Easter experience for even the youngest visitors.

For guests not staying at the hotel, the price is 295 SEK for adults, 150 SEK for children aged 6–14, and free for children aged 0–6. Reservations are made via our website.

Proud to introduce our practitioner, Alexa af Kleen.

Alexia is a yoga teacher with more than 15 years of dedicated personal practice and a background as a professional dancer with the Royal Swedish Opera. She completed her 300-hour YTT in London with Stewart Gilchrist and teaches dynamic yoga where the breath leads the practice. Her classes focus on strong, flowing asanas, mindful transitions, and deep presence.

With a genuine interest in yoga philosophy, Alexia weaves the timeless wisdom of yoga into her teaching, creating an experience that extends beyond the physical practice. Off the mat, she works as a film producer, bringing the same sense of rhythm, awareness, and storytelling into her classes.

During our retreats at Hotel J, dynamic yoga sessions are complemented by warming sauna rituals and peaceful moments by the water. This is a space to deepen your practice, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself, leaving grounded, energized, and inspired.

Gather the team for a summer celebration at Hotel J. Several settings are available for summer parties, corporate dinners, and seasonal gatherings.

Terrassen can be reserved for exclusive use, offering views over the water. It suits both mingling events for up to 150 guests and seated dinners for up to 110, with the option to begin the evening in the garden.

In Tornvillan, several private dining rooms provide a more secluded setting for corporate dinners, leadership groups, or smaller teams.

For a more complete experience, Gardenhouse offers a “hotel within the hotel,” with 27 rooms, a private lounge, and the possibility to reserve the entire house exclusively.

Food and drink are central to every gathering. Head Chef Henrik Wittgren creates menus where Scandinavian flavors meet international influences, always guided by the season.
