Olösta och ofta dolda problem och konflikter i vår familjehistoria påverkar oss mycket mer än vi är medvetna om - även i de relationer vi har nu. Det här är en metod som kan befria oss från mönster vi vill bli av med, hjälpa oss att få mer livskraft, finna vår frihet och förstå vad det innebär att vara oss själva. Some of our fears, anger and sadness might not even belong to us. For example, we may unconsciously relive our mother’s anxiety and our father’s worry. Family Constellations supports us to find our own life-path and right place in our family. This method makes visible emotional and behavioral patterns that have prevented us from living life to the fullest. Family Constellations is a therapeutic, meditative method that has the potential to free us from these painful patterns, helping us find our way to personal freedom and be ourselves again. We return to the natural flow of life. During this 3 hour workshop, you will be given the opportunity to explore new, insightful perspectives regarding family issues. Out of “blind love”, we unconsciously pick up these unresolved behaviors and feelings, preventing us from living our own lives fully and free from past entanglements. Why are relationships so hard?
When we first meet our partner, we project an imagined dream of how love should be. And it should be this way--forever!
With them, we should never feel lonely, or hurt and if arguments are there, something is wrong with our relationship, or worse-our partner.
The truth is, we cannot expect our partners to take away the pain of loneliness or rejection that was surely there years (or even decades!) before we even knew their name.
At the end of the day, we alone are responsible for our own happiness.
And isn't this responsibility great? No need to wait or expect for somebody else to make a move.
When we decide to make a move towards our own joy, we are free.
Free to be happy. Free to be a real partner.

The pain that exists within us and therefore within our families is oh so patient, and unlike most of us, it knows it’s worth. It will not leave until we give it the wholehearted attention it demands. Should we chose distraction, busyness, material successes, “positivity,” or any other of the myriad of shortsighted dissociations, all we really are doing is choosing to make the pain we carry the legacy of our children. 👇
