Theme for this weekend’s retreat.

Why…? Mmm, not quite sure 😊
I just know I love the realms within and beyond.
The journeying to the lower, middle, upper, inner worlds.

Maybe I’m not taking you there.
Maybe I’m meeting you there.

That space between thoughts.
Between identities.
Between decisions, defenses, and breaths.
That liminal, electric pause where the nervous system exhales
…and the soul might whisper.
“Yes….”

This is a domain I love.
It’s just… energy. 💫

So, I’m away this weekend. But who knows- maybe I’ll meet you in the space in-between.💫😘

Sometimes I feel it too- like others are moving faster while I’m standing still.

But then I remember- I’m not here to race anyway.😊
I’m here to hold the space in-between.

To hold the light steady on the shore,
a lighthouse to help others find their own way across, or through, the waters.
To spark something within others, and trust that what unfolds for them is their path, not mine.

When I stop comparing, I see:
I’m not behind. I’m exactly where I need to be.

Rooted, shining,
guiding in my own way.
And the ones who find my light, they’re meant to. 💫

🌙✨ Do you ever feel that pull of comparison?

Sometimes growth looks like this… 🤎
(Mud, sweat, and a whole lot of work before anything blooms😅.)

Inner work isn’t always pretty.
Sometimes it’s messy, sweaty, and leaves you covered in dirt.

Inner work can be a lot like gardening - the digging, pulling up old roots, and lifting heavy stones you didn’t even know were there. You don’t plant a seed today and wake up to a forest tomorrow.

This is where the foundation is laid.
Where the roots get strong enough to hold what’s coming.

The real magic happens below the surface, long before anyone else can see the results.🍀

So here’s to the dirty work -
the days where progress is invisible, but transformation is happening anyway. 🤗

It’s a day of heart ignition, creative fire, and remembering the shape of your true power.

Sagittarius Full Moon is like a truth you can dance with🌕♐️💛🥰
This moon stirs the seeker in us.
The one who whispers:
“I want to know what’s real.
I want something to believe in.
I need to trust the fire in me.” 🔥

But under this full moon light, truth doesn’t always arrive with answers.
Sometimes it arrives with space.
With wild honesty.
With the kind of clarity that doesn’t explain- it expands.

I have so much to say about the paradox of this moon😅

I won’t, but just maybe…truth isn’t something to own - but something to dance with. To feel.😘

Do you ever feel a longing to be heard?
For someone to hear your voice – not to give an answer, but just to listen?

I believe we all carry that longing inside.
We often listen to respond – not to truly hear.
But sometimes, that’s exactly what we need:
To simply share something, not because it needs to be fixed, but because it’s human to want to be seen.

A living dialogue. A conversation that may not lead anywhere, but opens something.

Just a reminder of this:
Not everything needs to be fixed.
Sometimes, we just want to be heard.

For anyone who’s ever wondered if their softness is real, or too much, or not enough. Maybe it’s not about being more or less.
More about just being You.

Sometimes we express ourselves in softer ways because the world hasn’t always known what to do with our full presence.
So we learn to cushion it.
We offer care with a light touch.
Not to deceive — but to gauge safety.

Your sensitivity is not a performance. It’s a gift.
And yes, it may sometimes wear the clothes of shyness or restraint - but underneath is something strong. Attuned. Trustworthy.

You’re not rare because you’re perfect.
You’re rare because you’re real.
And in a world full of noise, real is what people remember.

When the feeling runs deeper than words can hold.
Beyond just feel - you absorb.
Through the skin, the silence, the space between.

You sense what’s not said.
You hear the truth behind the tone.
Sit with the things most people run from.

A Scorpio Moon doesn’t skim the surface.
It dives- straight into the undercurrents.
Grief. Longing. Power. Shame. Desire.
Not to drown in it.
But to transform it.

This Moon isn’t fragile.
It’s fierce.
Protective.
Private.
But once it trusts?
It loves with a loyalty that never dies.

You may carry what others can’t name.
