New look, same trusted performance.

Boule is refreshing the visual identity of its hematology analyzers to strengthen our position as a trusted diagnostics partner. Our analyzers will gradually adopt a unified Boule design, distinguished by color-coded fronts for each product line.*

🔸 No technical changes – performance and reliability remain the same.

🔸 Transition period – both current and new designs may be delivered for the rest of Q4.

🔸 Training materials – may still show the previous design for a period.

🔸 Easy access to product documents – each device now includes a QR code linking to a sustainable digital format, making it easier to find manuals and user information anytime.

An incentive for centralization of diagnostic testing is the possibility to improve testing efficiency, while lowering the cost per test. However, there are situations where near-patient testing can be of greater benefit to the patient. Not only is on-site testing convenient for the patient, omitting the need to travel a longer distance to a site for blood sampling and testing. On-site testing can also be crucial for reducing turnaround time in case quick response is required to meet urgent clinical needs. Scientists have found a correlation of PFAS concentrations and hematology parameters in Amur tigers in China. At certain concentration, PFASs could cause malnutrition, anemia, and chronic infectious diseases, decreasing in the viability of Amur tigers. Veterinary hematology differs from human hematology, in that the hematopoietic cells differ between animals species and breeds. These differences include variation in cell composition, morphology and size, but also some species unique cell types such as heterophils in birds. For additional complexity, different species also show different response to stimuli and stress. All together, these variations pose challenges to veterinary hematology.
