Here are some tips on anxiety fast relief!🚀

✨BREATHE
Use the 4-second breathing technique to calm down. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 4 seconds, then breath out for 4 seconds and hold your breath. Again for 4 seconds. This technique distracts your mind and calms your nervous system.

✨DRINK A GLASS OF WATER
Your feeling of stress might be caused by dehydration. Drink a glass of water to calm down and to make sure you keep the water balance for a proper brain function.

✨LISTEN TO YOUR GO-TO MUSIC
Music evokes certain associations. Play some tracks from your party or holiday playlist to cheer up and to feel at ease.

✨DISTRACT YOURSELF
Shift your focus towards a different thing, for example, write a message to your friend or write a to-do list for tomorrow.

✨SHARE YOUR FEELINGS
When we’re nervous, we tend to exaggerate. Sharing your thoughts with your friends or colleagues can give you a clearer picture of things.

No experience is ever wasted. Think of every situation as an opportunity to learn and develop. Learning new skills and mastering the existing ones will lead to better decision making and, as a result, will make you believe in yourself.

2️⃣ ACCEPT YOUR LIMITATIONS
As well as you won’t have 25 hours a day you won’t be able to acquire a skill overnight or to know everything. Accepting your limitations helps to look at things realistically and makes you collaborate with people.

3️⃣ VALUE FEEDBACK
It’s important to be able to deal with criticism and make the most of it. However, it’s also valuable to accept positve feedback. As we might be too self-critical, we tend to underestimate our achievements. So praise yourself every time your value is acknowledged.

4️⃣ GET SUPPORT
If you’re struggling, don’t shy away from asking for help. Successful collaboration provides a sense of achievement and, as a result, contribute to boosting your self-confidence.
