Every session is accustomed to each client’s specific needs, aiming at deepening your connection to and awareness of your own body, feelings, sensations and underlying thought patterns. The therapy is mainly conversation based, with elements of meditation, yoga, relaxation, massage balls and free intuitive movements, all depending on the needs of the client. Covering a broad spectrum we work on your goals and problems, passions, painful experiences, self care, relationships, childhood, spirituality, daily routines and overall health such as sleep, exercise, nutrition and stress/relaxation. Psychotherapy has plenty of research confirming the benefits of such treatment. Yoga therapy is growing in popularity in the United States, but has only recently come to the Nordic countries. Helena has a psychologist Masters degree, 5-yrs, from Lund University, and is a yoga therapist, a 2-yrs education based in Stockholm. Her background as a professional, elite tennis player means she has spent many years working on the mental side of performance & improvement. She loves to dance, meditates daily, is awesome at padel and a mother of three. Helena’s mission is to inspire people to find their own inner light and brilliance that exists within all of us.
