Hey Stockholm,

For the next few weeks, I am going to be on the road performing, treating, teaching and learning new things. I will be back in town giving ILM sessions again from March 31 and have plans for workshops in April and May :)

It's such a wonderful, well-articulated and funny re-telling of our first encounter that really captures so much of the experience of a first-time ILM session, from the playful to the profound.

Originally from Houston, TX, Sarah Stanley is a certified Ilan Lev Method Practitioner and professional dancer. She offers treatment and movement training through ILM Stockholm in addition to leading training for dancers, investigating the bridge between somatic exploration and creative practice.

Travel Updates...

I am on the road from August 11 - September 15!

Heading to Gothenburg tomorrow through Thursday for a week of teaching with Danscentrum Väst, exploring the bridge between somatic research and creative expression.
