Come and join us for our Open Clinic at Skeppsholmsstudion on March 8.

Following our Radical Softness workshop, we will continue with an open space exploring the treatment forms of the Ilan Lev Method™ and the Feldenkrais™ Method.

The Open Clinic invites participants to explore the therapeutic, relational, and healing dimensions of the work in an open setting.

Drawing on the idea of embodied resonance (often described through mirror-neuron processes), the Open Clinic offers a space to sense how perception, empathy, and self-awareness can shift simply through attentive watching. Participants are invited to observe how their internal sensations change while witnessing someone else’s treatment.

SOMATIC RELEASE - Tonight 19-20 at Existo

A gentle, yet vibrant, somatic session where we tune the body through waves, release, and curiosity.

In this class you’ll invite a little bit of soft craziness. You’ll make friends with falling. You’ll enter a playful dialogue with gravity. You’ll explore the body’s capacity to collaborate with itself — joints, breath, weight, and imagination moving as one. You’ll discover how imagery can spark movement, open pathways, and expand the inner spaces.

You’ll learn that you can move fast without rushing, without stressing, without pushing, without pain. You’ll practice finding the calm inside the storm.

We’ll drop out of the head and into the body… into the vessel where movement, sensation, and ideas can pass through freely. Where small impulses create softness and spaciousness, inviting more responsiveness and adaptability.

Regulation is great…. Resilience is even better.

All levels welcome. Come as you are, leave a little more alive.

Julia and I have been developing a shared practice exploring the intersections between Feldenkrais and Ilan Lev Method and we are finally offering our first open workshop together in Stockholm

Come join us for two hours of guided movement practice to awaken your body’s intelligence through play, imagination and attention and leave with a renewed sense of vitality and clarity in body and mind.
