Varials ➡️When I'm learning a new trick it's all about my brain to tell the body what to do.
1. Squeeze the legs together
2. Punch the arm
3. Gaze to the ceiling.
4. Keep squeezing the legs 😅 even if you think you're falling 🤣
It's a lot of pieces. And then it's the fear of falling.😱 The fear of falling is often much scarier than actually falling. ⭐
Especially when training with awesome and cushions everywhere.
⭐The one thing that helps me to overcome any fear is to visualize the trick landing softly and correctly.
❤️And then having my attempts go as close to my visualized outcome as possible so I can keep the image of success - without all the failed attempts bringing myself into a state of fear.
Learning a new trick is a lot of mental focus. And once you've learned a trick by muscle memory it's amazing and a lot less mental focus.
Here is my journey to Varials. 360 log spin combined with a pizza turn.
