Por qué el estrés te impide perder peso… incluso cuando “haces todo bien”

Cada semana aquí en Estocolmo trabajo con mujeres de diferentes culturas — suecas, europeas y latinas — que me dicen lo mismo:

"Como sano. Entreno. Hago lo que siempre funcionó… pero mi cuerpo sigue inflamado, cansado o estancado.”

Y cuando revisamos juntas sus hábitos, encontramos algo clave:

➡️ Muchas siguen comiendo como lo hacían a los 30
➡️ Incluso “dietas saludables” que antes les funcionaban
➡️ Pero que ya no apoyan sus hormonas ni su metabolismo actual

No es culpa de ellas.
Es biología femenina + estrés moderno.

El ritmo rápido de ciudades como Estocolmo — trabajo, familia, compromisos, invierno oscuro — eleva el cortisol, nuestra hormona del estrés.

Y cuando el cortisol está alto por mucho tiempo, el cuerpo responde así:

• Más grasa abdominal
• Más antojos (sobre todo azúcar)
