Deep Core Deep Dive is a 3-part workshop series where we slow down, go inward, and learn to actually coordinate the whole system — diaphragm, pelvic floor, deep front core — with intention.
You'll leave each session with more body awareness, less held tension, and a clearer sense of how everything works together.
