TRUE ABUNDANCE: MANIFESTATION

True abundance can only be found within ourselves.
It is not something outside that we can grasp.

Ironically, when we find contentment
and true abundance within,
the world around us begins to mirror it —
in the people we meet,
the projects we pursue,
the places we live.

This is the basic law of manifestation:
We attract who we are —
not what we wish for,
not what we pretend to be,
but what we truly embody.

WHEN REST FEELS LIKE GUILT
(A Somatic Perspective)

Guilt for resting is rarely about laziness or a lack of discipline. From a somatic point of view, it often belongs to a nervous system that learned—early or repeatedly—that it wasn’t safe to stop.

If love, safety, or belonging were tied to effort, achievement, or being “useful,” the body adapted. It learned to push, strive, and improve. In that pattern, rest doesn’t feel nourishing. It can feel wrong, dangerous, or even shameful.

This isn’t something to think your way out of. It doesn’t live primarily in thoughts—it lives in the body. That’s why advice like “just relax” rarely helps.

Somatic work starts small. Not with long rests or forcing calm, but with brief pauses. A few seconds of feeling the chair. Noticing the room. Tracking the breath without changing it. Letting the body gather evidence that nothing bad happens when you stop—for a moment.

Difficulty receiving rest often mirrors difficulty receiving support. When support was conditional or unreliable, the body learned self-pressure instead of trust.

These patterns can be gently renegotiated when the nervous system learns a new truth:
You are allowed to exist, even when you are not doing.

If this resonates with you and you feel called to professional support from a somatic practitioner, you’re welcome to reach out:

HOW CAN SOMATIC, TRAUMA-INFORMED, BODY-BASED THERAPY SUPPORT YOU?

Let me start with a simple question:
What is your relationship with your body?
Do you feel connected to it—to your sensations, signals, and needs?
Or do you find yourself mostly doing, pushing, striving…
Perhaps focusing more on how your body looks than on what it actually needs?

Many of the struggles we carry as adults have roots in early life.
For many of us, love and acceptance were linked to achievement, strength, or being “good enough.”
Over time, this conditioning shapes how we relate to ourselves and our bodies.

Trauma is not only something that happens to us—it is something that lives in the body.
It can show up as chronic tension, pain, anxiety, panic patterns, shutdown, or freezing.

Somatic, trauma-informed, body-based therapy helps you gently become aware of these patterns.
Through safety, presence, and body-based awareness exercises, the nervous system can begin to release stored survival energy—at its own pace.

With time, this opens space for more freedom, truth, creativity, and embodied presence in your life.

I offer 1:1 sessions online and in person in Stockholm, supporting you on your journey of coming home to your body and yourself.
I bring over 20 years of experience working with the body as well as a therapist.

INNER MASCULINE.
INNER SHAMAN.
INNER MYSTIC.
INNER ARCHITECT.

The inner masculine wears many faces.
Some are wild. Some are ancient.
The most grounded rise from the bones of the Earth itself:
the Inner Shaman and the Inner Architect.

They carry the language of stone, root, and shadow.

These archetypes do not fear darkness.
Shadow is not an enemy—it is material.
The raw substance from which temples, paths, and worlds are built.

Their initiation is awareness:
power held consciously,
used to create, not to dominate.

The danger of this masculine is unconscious force—
walls that become prisons,
foundations that forget the breath.

The feminine meets this dark masculine as both threat and invitation.
When one tries to dominate the other, the current collapses.
Balance is not compromise—it is rhythm.

Each energy must be free to move,
shape,
and create
without possession.

Only then does the Earth breathe through both.

OUR BODY TELLS A STORY.
The body is always communicating with us. It speaks through sensations such as warmth, tightness, heaviness, or ease. It speaks through changes in breath, through pain and tension. The challenge is that many of us have learned to ignore these signals.

During my years of work as a yoga teacher, personal trainer, nutritional and holistic therapist, I have met many different relationships to the body. Some people feel disconnected, numb, or far away from their physical sensations, often after long periods of stress or overwhelm. Others push themselves too hard, ignoring limits and losing touch with sensitivity and rest. Both patterns can lead to feeling disconnected from the body.

These experiences are often signs that the nervous system is under strain. When stress becomes too much, the body moves into survival responses such as fight, flight, or freeze. This is not a failure - it is the body trying to protect us. But when these states last too long, we may feel anxious, exhausted, shut down or ungrounded.

Somatic body-based therapy is a gentle and grounded approach that helps the nervous system find balance again. By slowing down and paying attention to sensations in a safe and supportive way, the body can release stress and regain a sense of calm, stability, and connection.

I offer a supportive space to help you come back to your body - your inner home. Together we work to restore regulation, strengthen your connection to yourself, rebuild trust in bodily signals, and support a sense of ease, resilience, and aliveness.
