WORLD MEDITATION DAY :::
Today is a day of bringing awareness to the benefits of meditation, so I will promote some benefits here:

⭐️ Calmes the nervous system leading to reduced stress and anxiety
⭐️ Improved ability to focus
⭐️ Lower blood pressure
⭐️Boost immunity and can help to reduce pain and inflammation
⭐️Improved sleep quality
⭐️ Enhances self awareness by developing an understanding of yourself and how to relate to yourself and to the surrounding world.
⭐️ Supports emotional management and can enhance positive thinking.
⭐️Improved mastering of thoughts. Increased gap between thoughts, helping you to observe your thoughts without being drawn into them.
That’s some of the benefits, but my favorite is that by regular meditation you can come in contact with your core essence and aware of a profound stable consciousness that is seated deep in you. When you become aware that this consciousness is to be found in everything, humility, love and compassion starts to rise in you and flow through you. You become aware of the essence of life 💕
