We were honored to be invited by coaches Dave (S10 Fitness) and Gustav () to conduct a special workshop with NHL players.

Gustav, who completed the CB Instructor Course, is also the coach of Hammarby Football (soccer) in Sweden.

During the workshop with Anders, the focus was on how breathing can significantly impact sports performance by addressing:

1. The balance between oxygen and carbon dioxide.

2. The connection between breathing and the nervous system.

3. How CO2 calms the nervous system, reduces inflammation, and speeds up recovery.

4. Studies that show a 25% increase in strength and a 30% increase in speed when the tongue is positioned at the roof of the mouth.
