I’m not here to tell you IVF is wrong.
It’s actually an incredible option for many.
For some women, it’s the right path—if the timing is right.
But too often, it’s suggested way too early—before your body has even had a chance to do what it’s designed to do.
Because fertility isn’t just about eggs.
It’s about your whole body.
Your stress load.
Your nutrient status.
Your inflammation levels.
Your sleep patterns.
And most of that?
It never gets checked before someone hands you a referral to the IVF clinic.
