Balance isn’t a destination — it’s a practice you return to every day ⚡️
The balancing postures of the Bikramyogaseries teach us to engage the muscles that stabilize and coordinate different parts of the body, allowing us, for example, to stand on one leg and have fun in Standing bow pulling pose.
Mentally and emotionally, practicing balance helps us build focus and stay steady even when life feels uncertain. And because balance never stays fixed, it asks for consistency — a steady return, again and again.
When something in your life is out of alignment, it often shows up in your balancing poses. Everything has its opposite, and too much of anything throws us off.
Finding that 50/50, equal and simultaneous, is the real key.
