It’s the connecting glue between us humans, it’s that deep CARE we have capacity to show, not just for one person but for many, even for a stranger, and hopefully for our planet. There is no limit to LOVE. No restriction, no end. Spread it like confetti, be ridiculously generous with it. The more we spread it the bigger it gets.

EMBODIED THERAPY EDUCATION

BEING REVEALED COURSE starting 4 Sep - this time we meet on Wednesday evenings!

We are all dealing with inner critical thoughts daily, preventing us from feeling at ease with ourselves, questioning every step we take, causing an inner war. If you are fed up with that and longing to find a new way of being in relationship with yourself this is the course for you.

We will primarily work with your inner critical thoughts and give you tools to break free from them. You will get to explore your relationship to your emotions and your needs, how shame and guilt affect your life. Moving through the dark into the light of integrity, gratitude and purpose.

The course is held 7 evenings between Sep - Dec in the same dedicated group. We will use movement, creativity and inquiry to explore these topics. In between the group sessions there will be homework to deepen the process and integrate into your daily life.

Let go is a moving meditation where we start softly, awakening the senses, awakening your being. In this dance meditation we allow everything to fall away, dropping the persona, dropping the performance, dropping the preference, dropping it all. No expectations, no right or wrong, just the joy of moving your body to wild and enchanting music.
