LYA Liana's Yoga Academy My name is Liana and i’m a 200 h Hatha yoga, 40 h Yin yoga teacher and also a personal trainer.

My background comes from professional dancing that took me to embody the passion of dancing into the art of yoga.

As a teacher you spend a lot of time teaching others and less time in your own practice. Grateful to be reminded that I’m also a student and need to find my own space to recharge. To be able to provide for my students, get inspiration and continue my journey.
