Join us for our first ONLINE class – 22 sep!

Curam Recovery® is a recovery class where we integrate Curam's static massage cups in different positions to give the body a deep connective tissue massage. To effectively release tension and reduce stagnation, soften the connective tissue and increase flexibility & movement as well as increase circulation to help the body to better balance and faster recovery.

When: 22 sep 6.30-7.30 pm
Where: Zoom

Price: 200 SEK
Registration: Swish to: 123 336 99 49 no later than 21 Sep at 10 pm and you will receive the link to the zoom class. Write your email address in the message. Make sure to download the Zoom app well in advance of the class so that you are ready in time.

You will need: 2 static cups, a yoga mat or a comfortable ground. If you have a bolster, pillow or blanket, you can use this but not necessary to participate. We suggest you to wear shorts.
