Nothing better than a movie together with friends on a Sunday night ❤️❤️ Snacks, tea, togetherness and laughter!
Movies have a way of "moving" us, helping us to get in contact with deeper feelings, enriching us with new perspectives, maybe even helping us to process a situation in our lives or elevating us into a state of inspiration and aspiration from having our soul touched.

We invite you this Sunday for such a moment - of being touched, inspired and lifted up, continuing life with a new perspective upon one of the most intimate aspects of our life: our love life.

We invite you for a spiritual get together & movie night on Sunday March 29th 18.00-21.00

We will watch the award winning Argentinian movie “Don’t Look Down” which is exemplifying very beautifully the transformation of love and life when we invite the practice of Conscious Eros into our lives!

The movie is about a young man meeting a beautiful young women in his summer holiday. She initiates him into the wonders of love and mastering Eros and then magic begins… The movie is very playful, funny and also highly inspiring and profound.

We will watch the movie in our cozy yoga-cinema and meditate with the energies of Love & pure Eros before and share & discuss the movie after!

Womens circle starting next week!

This 6 week’s course is a beautiful journey into the landscapes of the feminine universe, expressed through the four main archetypes of the feminine.
They manifest in each woman as petals of her soul, and by learning about them we can discover how to nurture ourselves by awakening these typologies in our being.

The course will run over 6 weeks and include:
- Presentation of the four feminine archetypes: The Mother, The Fascinator, The Heroine, The Initiator & their synthesis
- Tools for discovering our predominant archetypes
- Shadow sides of archetypes and how to overcome them
- Meditation & ta***ic exercises
- Ritual
- Sisterhood and feminine togetherness
- Private chat group with weekly homework to integrate the teachings in daily life

This journey offers precious life-transforming tools that help us to reveal a grounded feminine power in us, that is not forced but simply allowed to bloom..

The holiest day, the great night of Shiva!

Shivaratri is celebrated every month just before the rising of the new moon.
Maha Shivaratri is the Great Shivaratri – the most important of the 12 Shivaratris during the year. It is called "the night of the outpouring of Godly Grace" in which Shiva - The Supreme Consciousness - grants happiness, peace and immortal bliss, which transcends the ephemeral aspects of manifestation.

Ta***ic transformation does not arrive with lightning or spectacle — it unfolds like the slow blooming of a lotus, rooted in presence, discipline, and continuous aspiration upwards.
It begins, as all true paths do, with intention. A clear, firm resolve arising from the heart — to live no longer asleep to the Spirit, but awake in every breath.
From this intention, a subtle shift begins. Behaviour changes. Choices become more conscious. The eyes begin to see the sacred in the ordinary, the breath becomes a bridge, and daily life begins to carry a deeper rhythm.
With time and steadiness, this behaviour forms habit. The sacred is no longer reserved for the yoga mat alone — it infuses how one walks, speaks, touches, listens. This habit becomes practice — abhyāsa — a returning again and again to the inner fire, the still point, to presence.
And as the practice matures, it begins to shape the subtle body. It reshapes perception itself. The practitioner no longer “does” Ta**ra — it becomes a second nature, an inner alignment so natural it no longer feels like effort. Eventually, the illusion of separation dissolves. The seeker is no longer seeking — they are the path, the flame, the offering. This is the way of Ta**ra. It is an arrival into the depth of what already is. From intention to embodiment, from practice to presence, the path of Ta**ra is nothing less than the return to your essential nature — ever awake, ever whole, ever one with the Supreme.

TOMORROW- Winter Solstice Ceremony!

The winter solstice marks the deepest point of darkness in the yearly cycle, when the night is longest and the light seems most distant. Esoterically, it symbolizes the moment of inner stillness before rebirth—the hidden spark of light that survives even at the heart of darkness. It is a sacred portal, and represents a pause, a turning point where unseen forces begin to move toward renewal.

Meditating on the winter solstice is valuable because it aligns awareness with this inward movement. It invites silence, introspection, and honest self-examination, allowing old patterns to dissolve.

In this darkness, intentions can be planted like seeds beneath the soil, gathering strength before emerging into the light. Through such meditation, one reconnects with patience, resilience, and hope & certainty that life will once again sprout ❤️

Small sneak peak from a profoundly inspiring weekend with Olga & Aurora where courageous women (and men) came together to learn how to become better lovers in life.
It left us deeply touched and hopeful!

Welcoming softness, warmth, the delight of eros
