I am a Regional Export Sales Manager, Holistic Health Manager B.Sc., passionate Dancer since over 30 years and kind of an artist. I decided quite late, end of my twenties, to study and to enlarge my education in the field of health. Today, I hold a bachelor's degree in integrative health promotion, but would call myself a Holistic Health Counselor & Manager. My studies included stress- and self-management, MBSR, lifestyle modification, development of holistic health concepts, salutogenesis, self-healing and relaxation techniques, corporate health management, health counseling and the essential importance of the connection between body, mind and soul. The holistic approach involves the entire life circumstances and is the most important part of my work, since most people, even school medicine, often ignore or forget about them. I myself went through the deepest depths of my life, was devastated, completely lost, felt helpless and paralyzed. cervical pre-cancer). But I managed to get me out of my dark place and cured myself with only the knowledge of my studies by my side, a change of mindset, lifestyle, and support of my health resources. I know very well how people feel in such situations and how helpless they feel. Taking the step to see a psychologist is not that easy and most avoid it or don't dare. Nevertheless, they need help and support. I would like to provide this help. I want to help them to help themselves, like I did. I'm not saying it's easy and everything can be cured or that this is the ultimate healing code. But since this experience I am more than convinced about how powerful our body-mind-connection is and what it is capable of. So it's always worth a try.

This is the reason why asking the right questions is so important.

To give space to people for expressing their needs, emotions and struggles.
Sometimes this is all it takes, because maybe no one ever asked these questions, maybe there was never space for you to express your inner world. Maybe there was never someone who cared for how YOU feel.

That is why I do what I do. I want to be this person for others. I want to create this safe space. Its so rewarding 😌🥰

And what I so love about this clip is, that the "normal" impulse for almost everyone of us, would be to say "I'm sorry" as soon as we start crying. 😢 It is such a normal thing to do that we dont really realise that this is NOT normal and NOT good at all.

Why would we need to apologize for showing our emotions? There is absolutely no reason for it.
We all deserve to be able to express our emotions without judgment and no feelings of shame or guilt.

Be brave like "Arya Stark" and do NEVER apologize for showing what you feel. In fact you are more in touch with yourself and your feelings than most people. And that is a huge achievement.

Be proud of that! ❤️
