✨How are you feeling? Are you sensing the intensity of the collective energy right now?

✨Yesterday was a powerful day: the Scorpio New Moon on 1/11. New moons are a perfect time to start fresh, set intentions, and focus on what you want to invite into your life. The 1/11 portal is a high-energy spiritual day that encourages reflection on what needs to shift and what aspects of ourselves are ready for transformation. With this potent manifestation number paired with the New Moon’s energy, our intentions are especially amplified.

✨In addition, the Earth has been receiving a surge of energy from recent solar flares, which can influence us on many levels—emotionally, mentally, and physically. These intense solar events affect our collective experience, even impacting technology. For instance, earlier this year, similar solar activity disrupted airport systems, leading to canceled flights worldwide.

✨These energies can stir up feelings, revealing where we might still be holding onto conditioned beliefs or old patterns that no longer serve us. Letting go can be challenging, but it’s a powerful way to break free and step into your authentic self. Though becoming aware of these deeper parts of ourselves isn’t always easy, it’s profoundly healing and transformative.

In a world that often glorifies hustle and constant movement, we’ve become so disconnected from our own bodies. 🌱 Our minds run the show, but our bodies carry deep wisdom—guiding us toward balance, health, and true alignment. 🧘‍♀️

By tuning in and listening, we tap into that inner guidance system. It’s always speaking, whether through fatigue, tension, or even moments of peace. 💡 But how often do we actually stop and listen?

When we honor our bodies’ needs—whether it’s rest, movement, or nourishment—we create space for healing and flow. ✨ Being present with your body means trusting its signals, and the more we practice this, the healthier and more connected we become.

Remember: your body is not separate from your spirit. 💫 Listen. Trust. Flow.

✨Today is the very first day of 2024. Many have may have celebrated, spent time with loved ones and friends, and enjoyed good times together….maybe even had the time to reflect over the past year, making vision boards, or resolution lists of the year ahead.

✨Goals may be that you want to be healthier, eat right and move your body more. It may be taking up a new interest and learn something new, sign up for that workshop or course you always wanted, or it may be saving money for that trip that you really want to take next summer.

✨I too have celebrated Christmas and new years with my family, and I’m very grateful for that, as I realise this is not to take for granted. There are many who don’t have anyone, and those who have lost their families. This is true particularly in Gaza, where people are living their worst nightmare, and thousands of children and babies are left being the only surviving member of their family. Their entire family tree has been wiped out, and they are left alone. This while the world is paralysed in their actions, not doing much to help, while witnessing atrocities and genocide take place in the name of money, power and land.

✨This may be a good time to reflect on how much you are driven by money (at what cost), and what gives you a sense of power, is it on the behalf of others? Do your actions or achieved results give you what you desire and want to achieve? Do others have to feel bad for you to feel good? Do others have to be wrong in order for you to be right? When you feel a sense of power, where does that come from? Is it external or does it come from within?

✨Lets not be stuck in the darkness of our shadows, lets allow the light to come in and empower us, connect us with source, and lets shine so much that others feel our light, and start allowing more light into their darkness, so that they find the strength and desire to transmute their shadows to light. If we do our work, it will spread and ripple out into our families, our communities, and into the collective. Peace starts within. Peace starts with you. Let’s BE the LIGHT that we are. Wishing everyone lots of light, love, and (inner) peace.
