Subhechha Yoga Subhechha means the "right desire". Our Desire is to spread our passion for yoga around. What is y We are Mikaela & Mo. Our passion for yoga brought us together.

That and a strong desire (the right desire?) to share our experience with others. Even though Yoga is often considered as an individual practice as one is focusing on ones inner self, we also know from experience that doing yoga together pushes you to work a little bit harder towards your goals and helps you see the silver lining when you are having an off day. Just like we support, advise and push each others in our daily practice, we will give you the nurturing you need to blossom into a beautiful yogi! Our interest for yoga does not stop at the physical practice as we also embrace the yogic philosophy and strive to follow the right path in our everyday lives. However we have no proselytism agenda. We wish for our classes to be accessible to all regardless of their believes and goals as long as we all respect each other and share a positive energy!

When being away from home you might find it more difficult to get the time and place to keep your practice going. You might feel less motivated.
When our base is changed we might get a bit ungrounded. Remember, to practice yoga you need nothing but yourself. It doesn't matter if you don't have a mat with you or your favourite pants. You can still practice yoga! This is Mikaela finding her holiday space ❤

Our first yoga tights being tried on! Inspired by the movement of the ocean 🌊🌊
In this asana we are improving our balance and learn to stay focused. We are also working on our arm and shoulder strength. A very good pose if you, just like Mikaela, love to get in the water and paddle out for a little surf!🏄‍♀️

We are teaming up with Best Of You this December to organise a workshop just for YOU.
Yes Xmas is all about sharing, giving and receiving but in real life it can also be full of never ending To Do lists and 3 course menus that we'll never have time to cook and regret eating.
