You’re not tired because you do too much.
You’re tired because you don’t let life enter you anymore.
Most people breathe just enough to survive.
Not enough to feel.
Not enough to desire.
Not enough to be moved by life.
Over time, the body adapts to this half-living state.
It learns : Stay contained. Don’t expand. Don’t overflow.
This is why rest doesn’t restore you.
This is why weekends don’t help.
This is why vacations feel…underwhelming.
It’s not burnout.
It’s restricted life force.
Prana Yoga doesn’t add energy.
It removes what’s blocking it.
And that’s why it can feel confronting.
Because the moment breath returns
so does truth.
