The change you are longing for is liberation.

To be free from annoying fears like:

💩 Speaking up in the management team
💩 Making your partner disappointed when you choose your truth instead of just going along
💩 Letting old friends that pours negativity in the form of gossip or complaining over you go

The list goes on, it's everything that just feels off and you wish you could be freed from. And you know what, you absolutely can.

By being courageous enough to follow the path of your heart.

You are probably not yet seeing this path ahead clearly. But did you know that we all go through the same required steps to reach authenticity and feeling happy and calm in ourselves? The path is the same, yet always unique to you.

Following it is to become you - it's liberation, it's like finally starting to vibe in your own frequency.

Not being authentic is constantly fighting to adjust your unique vibe to something else and it is frankly EXHAUSTING. And it will never make happiness last.

If the normal life means not being true to yourself, then this is why you're not happy. Is it time for you to choose a different path? An adventure just for you?

"Hi Ellen,
Thank you for my reiki session on Wednesday. Slept great all night. ☺️
However, something big must have been released because in the morning the whole of my inside vibrated and I felt uncomfortable (for lack of a better word) had an appointment with my osteopath the next day, who confirmed that the body had reacted both in energy and physically.
I have a little difficulty being in it, but hope the weekend offers some peace so it can come up and out in the right dose.

I cleared out a (bad) past life in the session amongst other things and now her own energy and body is letting old, murky energy go. It's common to feel a bit off during this, but it normally passes in a few days and you feel a lot better afterwards 💪😊💛

I also make sure that my energy is centered, stable and clean and that I am present to the Now. That way I open up to the spiritual guidance that wants to come through to help my client.

This guidance can come in the form of sensations in my body, as spoken words in my mind or visions for example.

All sessions are intuitively led but with divine masculine focus and structure, a mix of learning new magical skills, managing energy, healing trauma and pulling in the client's ideal life 😍
