Our mission is to provide a universal yoga experience, encouraging both a healthy mind and a healthy body. Inner happiness, peace and calm already exist in all of us. We understand stress and worry can sometimes make that seem unattainable. It is our mission to help you find that stress-free moment and make it last as long as possible. At Utopia Yoga Studios we will provide a wide variety of yoga practices to ensure each student can find the balance they are looking for. Whether it is physical or mental, our professionally trained teachers will help guide you, through practice, to overcome each challenge and find that happy, healthy you. We want Utopia Yoga Studios to be a peaceful and positive environment where every student looks forward to his/her class/practice. We encourage our skilled teachers to explore their own teaching style and voice, allowing for a unique yoga experience. By creating an open environment where students can explore many facets of yoga, we hope to expand the yoga community, decrease stress levels and increase overall health.

Vi har glädjen att välkomna en ny grupp elever som påbörjat sin resa mot att bli certifierade yogalärare här på Utopia 🙌😍

Utbildningen löper från nu till mars 2026, med träffar fredag till söndag en gång i månaden. Under den första helgen fick gruppen – s*x dedikerade deltagare – fördjupa sig i:

• anatomi & fascia
• yin yoga
• meditation & medveten andning
• lunch i höstsolen
• och – swing yoga i hängmatta

Vår utbildning vilar på Utopias filosofi: en öppen, inkluderande syn på yoga där olika traditioner, skolor och stilar får samverka. Här finns utrymme att både utforska och hitta sitt unika uttryck som yogalärare.

Som Yoga Alliance-registrerad utbildning ger vi dessutom våra elever möjlighet att undervisa internationellt – ett globalt pass till yogavärlden.

En helg fylld av närvaro, nyfikenhet och hjärta. Välkommen att följa gängets resa – i studion, i andetaget, i nuet.

On October 17th we begin our 200h Yoga Teacher Training – a 6-month international course certified by Yoga Alliance. You’ll dive deep into Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and even variations of Hot Yoga.
