These six amazing yogis are about to take the final exam for Utopia Yoga Academy’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course! Before they get their international yoga alliance certificates, they will show their incredible talents in classes all Sunday. 🧘‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️🧘🏽

All classes are open and free to all 🫶🏻

A little switch-up in the schedule starting this week 🙌

Thanks to your emails and messages we will have Ashtanga on Tuesday’s at 18:00, Asana labs on Wednesday’s at 18:40, and Chakra Yoga is back with Anita Thursday’s at 18:35 🫶🏻

Swing is paused for a few weeks but you can look out for a pop up special on a weekend with Maria! 🤩

Everything else stays the same 🙏

This will be our second year here and we can’t wait to share this magical place with you all!

The food is something we can’t forget- just amazing! The whole energy of the place and landscape is so peaceful and calming. We are excited to have a full packed yoga and meditation schedule with hiking and swimming (both in the pool and at the sea!) and some sunrise yoga on the mountain top ⛰️

Six days, five nights with accommodation, three gorgeous meals a day, a trip to the beach and daily yoga for just 875€ 🤩

Hej, jag är en av eleverna som just nu drillas på Utopia för att bli yogalärare. Nyfiken på utbildningen?

Tro mig, du behöver inte vara något proffs från start. I min grupp är vissa yogisar sen länge, medan några av oss klev in i yogasalen som rookies.

Medan jag har vinglat och tappat balansen har andra avancerat i ett betydligt snabbare tempo. Men det gör inget. Yogan är till för alla och du gör utifrån dina förutsättningar och snacka om att vi alla har utvecklats.

Jag hade med mig breath work och free move i bagaget. I och med yogautbildningen har jag snart ännu ett verktyg i min verktygslåda – ett verktyg för att förvandla känslor till rörelser, och ta hand om kroppen på ett fritt och flödande sätt.

Det fina är att mattan kan följa med dig var du än är – och med Yoga Alliance-certifieringen öppnar utbildningen dörrar över hela världen.

Utopia startar snart ny utbildning i höst, och du får komma precis som du är. Uppskattar att utbildningen är bredd och stöttar dig att hitta en stil som just du gillar och står för.

Vi är alla olika, våra kroppar bär på historier, och yogan möter oss precis där vi är. Nu skapar jag mitt första pass. Vi kanske ses på mattan framöver! 🌿- Therese

🚧 A little pause for something exciting…

This Friday, Utopia Yoga Studios will be closed during the day due to a plumbing renovation. We’re installing district heating elements in our hot room – hello extra cozy warmth! 🧖‍♀️🔥

Good news: the work will be finished in time for our Floating Sound Bath, so that evening event is still happening as planned.
Daytime classes are unfortunately canceled, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

We know schedule changes can be a bit annoying – thank you for your understanding 💛 We’re choosing to see this as an upgrade that will make your future practices even more deliciously warm and comforting.

See you soon in an even toastier Utopia ✨

Reiki is a gentle but powerful form of energy healing that supports deep relaxation, balance, and emotional well-being. It’s a beautiful way to slow down, reset, and give yourself time for healing—especially if life feels a little stressful.
