Heart to heart, kanske det mest helande på resan var att se pappa ta det lugnt. Ta sovmorgon, tupplurar och bara vara. Han som alltid är igång… som väntat på värme i 10 månader. Inte skippa någon måltid. Äta frukt och ligga i solen. Prata om när han var i Grekland med sin familj när han var ung och alla roliga historier. Att se honom vara så tillfreds. Och ta det lugnt och bara vara. Ha tid för att läsa. Ja, det skänkte mig lugn🕊️🌞🥺

Det var en glad midsommar. Var i solen hela dagen med alla dessa fina människor🇸🇪🍓❤️
Midsommardagen var verkliga sommarsolståndet och reflekterande en del över sökande, inte ljuset specifikt men om man söker efter materiella ting eller något inom sig, blir ögon och själ trötta. Så det är viktigt att vila dem. Elektrolyter hjälper och tupplurar. Sen att vara närvarande när man är vaken. Jag letade efter en borttappad blå ring sedan förra året. Jag letar efter en väg i livet också.

Within a single flower lies an entire universe. 🌼
It’s a sweet bed for bees and bugs, the heart of reproduction, the source of a scent that can be transformed into essential oil.
It is a symbol of life, of life force, of benevolent beauty and healing.
Delicate and intricate, flowers remind us of the strength in softness.

So why shouldn’t we, as women, feel proud to model ourselves after them? 🌼

Why strive to be like a sprinkler system—pressurized, mechanical, always on—soaked in the myth that constant output is strength?
Why be like a water tap that endlessly gives, draining itself dry,
when we can be like a blossoming flower, softly powerful,
bestowing and receiving in the cosmic breath of give and take? 🌸

I am drawn to these old graveyards, the tiled mausoleums, the marble, the pictures of the people passed, saw an elder man going in, just sitting there to grieve. The mausoleums remind me of movie Double Jeopardy in New Orleans, these graveyards are similar to Sicilian and Capri ones that I have seen. I just think the people look at death a bit differently I like that you can identify the dead. It’s nicer than merely a name. Rest in peace all those who came before me. 🥀🏛️🪦🕊️🕯️
